About Us
Life is like the changing tides, it ebbs and flows, rises and falls and continues moving....
I am passionate about my work, eclectic in my practice style by utilizing whichever technique seems most useful to my client. I use an integrative and individualized approach aimed at improving the quality of life of my clients by helping them find balance, learn coping skills and rediscovering they have a choice.
It is an honor to help clients gain insight that they may not have gained on their own and to witness their journey. The goal is to work collaboratively with clients using empathic listening, unconditional positive regard, and respect. I am excited to be offering therapy in Newburyport, MA.
I have been a practicing therapist for 13 years and have worked in various therapeutic settings: including schools, counseling clinics, hospitals and dual diagnosis facilities. I have worked with young children to adolescents. My current focus is working with adults, couples and families dealing with challenging life issues from relationship stresses, family turmoil, grief and loss, sexual and gender identity, PTSD, substance abuse, anxiety and depression.
